My initial goal is 165. Once I reach it I will likely continue on to 155 lbs.
100% compliance during this entire time to Keto. Net carb level 15-20, with occasional higher levels. Once I added Intermittent and extended fasting into the mix, the weight began to consistently fall off.
I fast a little of all of these. Intentionally mix it up to keep my body guessing, no two weeks alike:
18 hours per day, eating in a 6 hour window generally 8 AM to 2 PM
23 hours and one meal occasionally
36 hours (every other day eating 2 meals in 6 hours)
42-48 hours
an occasional 72 hour fast.
My insulin resistance is healing.
My T2D has gone from 12.5 2-1-2019 to 5.7 on 5-15-2019
