I was a fat kid who started sports in high school (110kg), and got in pretty decent shape (82kg) before getting married after college. 15 years later, I had gained back all of weight and was tired of being fat.
I finally found a diet where I'm never hungry, even at 1500 calories a day:
- 40% of my daily calories are lean protein (which keep you full)
- 40% of my daily calories carbs (fruits for me for the added fiber)
- 20% of my daily calories to eat whatever I want (chocolate)!
