I haven’t weighed myself since November. I like an addict weighed almost 300 pounds before I started with fat secrete and I with the majority of help from a dietitian in Edmonton by the name of Emily helped me get my sugars and health under control. Normally before my ptsd as a first responder I was averaging 175 pounds. Well this winter and only 2 weeks ago I started back on my metformin. I started three days ago back using fat secrete and tracking my food and holding myself accountable again. I loved a lot of peoples food ideas and what they have to say to support so I am happy I payed for the premium this time. I will weigh myself tomorrow and well as much as I know I will come off I just have to stay positive and hold myself accountable. Attitude i find is just as important and I look forward to seeing more people’s ideas and food they eat. Thanks everyone for the posts on the app. It’s been cool reading them.

I didn’t gain as much as I thought. One thing about putting on weight when you were never meant to be this big it plays a psychological role that if I was losing control and putting on more weight that I even thought. I wasn’t following my plan but feel much better eating the foods I am supposed to eat again. I was actually scared to see the numbers when I stepped on the scale but it was a relieve and I know I can continue this journey.
Feel free to ask questions or any ideas to help me lose more weight to meet my goals. I don’t know if I will even get to that 175 old weight but I feel better losing and having control of what I eat and enjoying what I eat and how it makes me feel.
