Understand the frustration --- doing well food-wise, and exercising daily but not seeing results. Bought a new scale today and it's a 'match' to my old scale, but this scale also provides body fat percentage, and I'm at 'high' or at the 'bottom end of obese'. Don't like that!! Or that word!
Keep on trucking. Might get another bottle of the garciniga pills and try them in conjunction with my diet and exercise.
Not gaining but not losing much either. 1.5 lb in 2 weeks (Monday coming up) is REALLY slow!!!

Happy to see a .5 weight loss. Really think it should be more since I am keeping to under 2100 calories per day (more like 1850 average), doing exercise every single day, and not eating after 8 pm ! 1.5 lb loss since I started 9 days ago. Don't worry -- continuing on my journey!

Need to make certain that my calorie count has a greater number of protein grams. Too many carbs on the pie chart. Maybe that will help.

Frustrated that I was at the same weight all last week after losing 1.5 lb. This morning same ... will continue to record, watch, and be hopeful. Did eat a handful of caramel corn last night at 10 pm ... bad. But, doing a good job of trying to keep to around 1800 calories per day - or not exceed 2000 for sure.
Celebration cake in the office today at lunch time. Need to eat very small piece.

Good weekend of conscious eating, strenuous yoga, walking and picking up litter (lots of bending), and pleased that I did not exceed 1800 calories Sat or Sun. Saturday was Yom Kippur (fast day), so eating was limited to second half of the day, and I did not eat that much.
Hope I lose some weight tomorrow morning. Need to stop weighing myself every day!
