Went to my weigh in with Tops...lost! The group is good and most members lost! I mentioned the blood type diet and how good it makes you feel and some liked the idea and some had excuses for not doing so!With my blood group "O"- I love the way I feel without wheat, gluten and sugary foods! Luckily I love salmon and veggies and fruit so I get all the nourishment and a glowing skin!
Fully aware! If we all give our bodies the best quality food for your type it will respond!

Tough weekend! Ate way too much of the wrong stuff!Today I am back on track! Be Aware!
Fully aware...that is the secret...see you self feeling lean and good...do this daily!

Drinking a lot of water! Ate salmon twice when I felt cravings, grapes for a snack.
Eating good quality food helps big time to curb the cravings!Had some(5) plump sweet dried prunes for a late night snack...they are actually delicious! Very good for you and your plumbing!...y'all should try it!

Despite a fozen yogurt ice cream for desert, I lost 2 lbs! I drank a lot more water, ate a fruit snack and walked on my threadmill!
Awareness
seems to be the all time secret...be aware of what you put in your mouth!!!! I also have a buddy with only 25lbs to loose...I have nearly 100!!! to go.
We challenged each other to try our best and just the idea that we have to go to Tops for weigh in and not look as if we didnt try is motivation!
