Okay, Sunday started a grain free, legume free, reduced sugar diet. Was at 171 Sunday morning. Now at 166, water weight I guess.

Officially starting to work out with Zumba, stretching, maybe walking on treadmill occasionally; going to try to limit extra calories, not go too long without eating anything so I can avoid the hunger pains, still have a yogurt once or twice a day. Goals: Ultimate = 130 lbs by Jan 20; Reasonable = 145 lbs by Jan 20; Acceptable = 155 lbs by Jan 20. So there we go.
