Day 4 already! and things are still going along great!! still feeling satisfied, and full, and ready to get this weight under control!! k, that wasnt ment to rhyme... iam not that silly but anyhow, I feel good, which is awesome.

Yesterday was a busy day, and I did not get an actualy secedualed work out in. however it was baseball night, and we played hard. but still I would have like dot get a power wlak in at least. I made up for it this morning though with a 45 min billy blanks dvd, the boot camp one, and boy was that a good work out... needlesss to say iam totally energized and feeling great right now!!

this was yesterdays menu :

breakfast I had my regular oatmeal, with fruit, and skim milk, flaxseed, and a dab of plain yougurt

I dont think I got a snack in there..

Lunch was a lucious salad I whipped up with marinated portibellow mushrooms, and chicpeas, it was sooo good!

I had soem dry fruit in the afternoon for a snacky

and super was spagehtie squash, made with a tomatoe sauce which included, veggies, tofu, ground veggie which I bought in the vegitarien section, and I honestly could not tell the difference between meat and that stuff! everyone totally loved it.

so, yes, things are ticking right a long here, and tonight I have plans to go into the city and buy a scale so I can actually see whats going on. now, its kinda scarey as I really hope somthings been happening otherwise iam going to be kinda discouraged. either way i know i feel better then I did before, and eating better, so I know Iam eating healthy... so somthings gotta give right.? I hope so!!

okay, so its day three... and iam having troubles beliving Iam actually on a diet. how come iam not starving, and severly trying to hold myslef back from running out and buying all the crap I shold be craving??
I mean, ok.. dont get me wrong, every once and awhile I find myslef wondering in the kitchen, and then it hits me I just cant grab just anything, but thats usually when its time for a meal, and once I make somthing for phase one, im good, no more looking around, iam full, and satisfied. am I doing somthing wrong.?!!
I feel better, and not so blaoted like have have been before doing this, and I eat and I feel good afterwards, not over full, which is a good feeeling.! and what makes me happy is my hubby is still going strong on this with me. hes happy and content with the meals I have been making and the lunches I have been packing, which is great!!
so, so far everything is really really good!! the odd caffine withdrawl head ache, but thats managable!

so, here is what yesterdays meal plan looked like. :

breakfast I had my oatmeal, plain yogurt and fruit, whith flaxseed.

snack was veggies

lunch wasa really good egg white omlet with lots of veggies, flaxseed and tofu, which knocked the socks off me!

snack was some fruit

supper was the vegetarien chillie,and that was REALLY good aswell.

then later on, hubs and I had some carrots and dip for a snack.

then of coarse ive been downing the water and tea, and I made it out for a nother 35 mins power walk with the kids :)

hope the rest of the days are this easy!!

k, so now iam getting annoyed with this scale issue I jsutw ant to know already!!! the batterie I got was the wonrg one, so aftre loading the kids up and going back to the store I got the right one, back home again, raced inside, put the batterie in , jumoed on the scale, and its mal functioning... what the heck!! so now i guess I have to wait till my hubby gets home, or pay day till I can gl and get a really good scale... but, frig, now im not going to know where I started form exactly. gah!! Iam holding on ot the fact that I will be so excited about the weightloss that i wont care where I startred from, haha. anyhow, thats the catch up on the scale issue!

on another note...TOFU! I bought some the other day for the first time, and have been very weary about trying it... but I did, today and you know what... it was actually pretty darn good! so, now im excited to find more recipes, I wonder what my hubs and kids will think of this new found tressure!!??!

so yesterdays food plan went like this...

breaky : oatmeal, plain yougurt, flaxseed, strawberrys & banana, herbal tea

snack : apple,

lunch : a veggie trey with a smidgy of dip, herbal tea

snack : 2 boiled egg whites

supper: was tomatoe, spinach, muchrooms and chick peas simmered with spices, over brown rice. soo good!

snack: we made a small smoothie with skim milk, and fruit.


I did get 35 mins of power walking in aswell, it was after 10 pm, but I got it in!!! so, that was good, and determined!

well, on with the day im off to make some tea, and drink some more water. :) keep on smashing
