okay, so I have some news that will make some of you happy...I had a subway sandwich yesterday!! and the day befoe I had chicken with holondaise sauce on it.( which btw was gross, and I was mad they didnt put it on the side.) but anyhow... Iam kinda frustrated at the fact that it is almost near to impossible to find a healthy place to eat anywhere. and even if its an attempt at healthy theres always some sort of sauce, or only white rice, or veggies douced in butter or somthing reduculous like that. like come on!! anyhow... iam back on track for today, and have still been really good about everything else. been working out, and last night becuase we were away from the house all day, came home, put the kids in their jammies and went on a 1 hour bike ride, with the little guys in the bike trailer... so much fun!! alright, Ill be back later... BBQ today, so again i will resits temptation, iam just hoping that somone brings somthing phase 2 healthy!! bye bye

alrighty. so the results are in, and Iam standing at 158.0 which is okay, I know that there has been a smidgy of a loss becuase it was 158. somthing before. ( so I guess this is why its important to include the points, lol ) anyhow Iam happy, I have not cheated, and I have been strict about sticking too it, and in 9 days I have already had a signifigant loss, so I dont know why I was hoping for more. but, I suppose we will leave that for next weeks weigh in!!
Iam thrilled I got my work out in, after such a busy day yesterday I was determind not to miss a day, so 9:40 at night I was out for a power walk with my puppy. for 40 min, power walk, which was good. felt great after, and happy I stuck to my plan, and didnt let myself down.!
today Iam aiming at sticking to plan, and making sure I up my work outs a little. and I need to go for a drive to find this book! thank you all once agian.! Iam finially feeling better, and healthier, and ready to get this goal completed, so I can enjoy life, and feel great no matter what!

hello all my fellow smashers... well I have made it to day nine and its 5 o clock, and so far no cheats what so ever!! yayayya!!! Iam feeling great, and inspired, and ready for phase 2. and Iam also excited about my weigh in for tomorrow morning... kinda excited, but nervous really is the better word, lol. it will be interesting to see how things go. I will for sure come and post, so keep your eyes open tomorrow!!
I have yet to get a work out in today, its been super busy, and my hubby just called and he is going to be late, but I need this... so I think after super and the kids are calmed down Iam going to set a date with Billy again. Idealy I would rather work out in the morning, I feel more energized, and I think its a better way to start the day, however a work out at night is better then no work out. so, I will be doing one, simple as that!!
Iam curious about phase 2. and would love some insite. the message board dosnt seem like a great resource for some reason. if there are any journal readers out there, that are currently on phase 2, come and tell me how it is. what changes did you notices, bumps in the road you may have hit.... anything!!! Iam all ears. :)
