I got the flu and for the last two weeks haven't been able to follow the low carb sugar free life change. Now that I'm feeling a little better I've started back with the sugar and carb cravings😝So with I totally fell off the wagon and now I'm being drug behind it! Ugh! I haven't gained or lost so I'm pretty lucky with all the crap I've been eating.

I hate the holidays!! I just look at food and it jumps onto my body. I thought I did so well didn't eat anything I wasn't supposed to eat. Does wine count as food?? So to make a long story short I gained 3 lbs!!! WTF! Yep it must be the wine!

Had the worst dinner tonight cream cheese and pork rinds. My daughter has been sick and my normal grocery shopping day was Monday but couldn't go. I hope she feels better tomorrow I'm getting pretty hungry and her leftover Halloween candy is looking pretty good right about now.
