Well, feeling okay today, very tired though, not full of the joys of spring just yet so taking another day off from exercise, sticking to 18 points this week and no eating after 7pm best of luck to me!!!!

Today Tuesday, feeling good about myself, walked three times this week, went with Jennifer twice and walked for 65 mins the first time and 84 mins the second time, i thought i was going to pass out cos she walks soo fast. Eating fine too, am taking one spoon of protein in my shakes so i really am not that hungry all the time.
Feeling good - hope to loose 2 lbs this week - fingers crossed eh?

Hi, its friday thank God!! im tired today, yesterday was manic but i survived and did not go over points. i made the veg lasagne recipe that i found here and it was yummy and very filling. im having the rest today.
off at 12.30 on fridays yipeee!!! hope to have a good day today.
