I am documenting this milestone here for reference.
I had some lab work performed this morning before weighing in. The results arrived a little bit ago.
I have been pre-diabetic for years, blessedly avoiding medicine for the disease which most of the family in my mother's generation suffer from.
Since 2013, my records only go that far with Kaiser, my A1C number is finally below 6.0 at 5.9!
My average glucose matches with the lowest it has ever been too.

Affirmation that what I am doing now is working better than anything else in the recent past.

Good Morning all. It has been one month since weighing myself. I will call this small bump up a win. I expected it to be a bigger bump, so I'm happy it is what it is.
Looking at increasing activity soon by doing pool work. I need to make it a priority, plus find the time and motivation in the morning to go.
