About 10 lbs lost in March.
I did a 30 min treadmill walk and 25 min yoga on Sunday.

It’s been a trying month of March. My husband of 24 years (together 27) walked out on me. I have just been in survival mode for the past 4 weeks and not sure when I’ll feel well enough to work on my health again. I still try to retain as many good habits as I can as I work through all of the trauma.
As sad as that sounds, today is my youngest daughter’s 18th birthday. I will get to spend the day with her celebrating. 🥳
I hope everyone has a good Sunday, Easter and March 31.

Thursday exercise: 30 min treadmill walk before work (trying to ease back into the AM routines) and then 26 min yoga after work
Because I’m starting back up with morning exercise, i was feeling super pooped tonight and almost skipped the yoga but pushed through it. I never regret yoga time. 😃 I also enjoy the mood I get from morning exercise.
Tomorrow is a big deadline day at work so I’m probably going to skip the AM but will get back to it on Saturday and Sunday. It takes a lot of consistency for me to build routines and habits. A lot.
