Not super exciting but the salmon was caught fresh last week and gifted to me.

Yard work results I think 😆 It’s too rainy today so I’ll try for the treadmill instead.
Yesterday, yoga and some upper body/arms/back. I was making up for only doing 3 walks last week and
no other workouts but the work stress was out of hand. This week should be a unique one having to travel for work 3 days midweek. I will have to stay active as much as I can but no worries about dietary changes because it’s to a village with no restaurants. 😅

Went down another pant size but probably just some redistribution since weight is a little plateaued. ☺️ So glad it’s the weekend! Have a great one guys!

Couple of short workouts yesterday. I did 15 mins of strength training and had to stop because the workout involved foam rollers which I don’t own. Tried to improvise but it wasn’t working. 😅 Then I switched to a short yoga workout. 🧘♀️
The chili was yummy for dinner with flavors melded. I made enough for half the week so I wouldn’t have to cook much else. Going to attempt less fast food/restaurant food this week for lunch so I’ll probably try to prep every evening. I will bring it to work but let’s see if I can actually not cave. My boss and I are one another’s lunch enablers but my biggest hurdle is needing away time from work midday. I try to go on short walks outside and we have a picnic area but it is often too buggy to enjoy. I may just need to eat in my office and go for a short drive to get away. 😊

Rest day for exercise yesterday but did full body strength training on Thursday. Made a pot of chili last night but haven’t had any yet. I always love to wait a day because that’s when the flavor and heat rolls in. ☺️ It’s probably going to be another rainy day but I probably need the break anyway. Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend!!
