Couple of short workouts yesterday. I did 15 mins of strength training and had to stop because the workout involved foam rollers which I don’t own. Tried to improvise but it wasn’t working. 😅 Then I switched to a short yoga workout. 🧘‍♀️
The chili was yummy for dinner with flavors melded. I made enough for half the week so I wouldn’t have to cook much else. Going to attempt less fast food/restaurant food this week for lunch so I’ll probably try to prep every evening. I will bring it to work but let’s see if I can actually not cave. My boss and I are one another’s lunch enablers but my biggest hurdle is needing away time from work midday. I try to go on short walks outside and we have a picnic area but it is often too buggy to enjoy. I may just need to eat in my office and go for a short drive to get away. 😊

I’ve been steady at this weight for a bit. It’s time to change it up. ☺️
I have had a stressful couple weeks with end of fiscal year at work and other random life happenings.
My brother was mistakenly announced deceased on social media which sent me into panic for about 3-4 hours trying to find out if it was true. It was a rumor thankfully but the ptsd was real. I had contacted the police, hospital and medical examiner’s office even with little information.
My clothes dryer broke and it was a pain to replace. My car started having some issues but now is magically fixed after having diagnostics done and ordering a part to replace later this month. And then I had a tire blow out on my way to work a few days ago. 😂😂It’s like a sitcom over here. Not a peaceful summer at all. Can’t help but laugh. I’m keeping my wits about me and still doing walks, strength training and yoga whenever I can. Love to the FS fam.
