I did really well this week. I hope to keep improving my choices and make my workouts longer and harder.

I am doing great so far. I plan on losing 30 pounds by Nov. I am exercising 5 times a week at least.

So, today starts the hardiest 2 of my challeges. The other 2 are cake compared to the 2 that start today. I thought about dropping out of the soda challenge and try to break 1 bad habit at a time. So, far I havn't done that yet. I think the fact I cant have junk or soda is actually makeing me want it more. I will be strong, I have to. I have to lose this weight, otherwise, I might as well plan being fat forever;I dont want that. Now is the time, it will get easier.

Tomorrow I start the no fast food or junk food for 6 weeks. After that I plan to have all the holds it has over me broken. I am going to eat out but I will still count the points. I cant wait till tomorrow and I have the accountabilty of the challenge. I think the soda challenge I am starting tomorrow may be even harder to break. I swear soda is just like cigarettes. If I could quite smoking cold turkey 7 years ago, I can quite this as well. I need to get strong, healthy, and stay motivated. I also need to keep busier than I have been.
I could hve done better, I ate 35 points for the day. I am suppose to be at 31. I dont use the flex points because I want to lose the weight faster. Starting tomorrow I will be super strong.

The day was overall a little less productive then I would have cared for. I am really excited about tomorrow and to see some positive efforts made in my day. I can do better, and I will.
