Here is to a good day to stay busy and do something towards some exercise on top of the daily things I already do. I also want to start trying to get to bed early then I do and getting up earlier to get in an am workout.

Today is the first day of a new me. It will be a long while till all the weight is off but that is ok....I just need to worry about one day at a time and not look at the long haul. It will feel good when I start having more energy

I havnt been dieting lately at all and have gained more weight. It is time to get it off for good. I turn 30 in 4 months and wanted to have a huge head start before that day comes. Starting today I am on the right path

Just another day. I think it is starting to become second nature, I dont even have to think about it much anymore. That is a good thing. Today should be easier as the kids go back to school, and my daughter goes back to her daily karate classes. So, I will be in and out most of the day shoffering kids all aound town. I will be busy to say the least.

I have been doing very well. This is about the time I will fall off the wagon. I need to stay strong. After I get time under my belt it will get less tempting to cheat. Right now the thought is always on my mind. I will stay strong. I also need to try and get up and workout more. Not just 30 min of some kind of exercise. I need to start trying to get in time for a real sweaty, heart pumping 30 min workout to start and work up to an hour or 2 a day ( in the far distance, no rush). I realize that it all starts with just keeping busy, and stay active doing what ever to build endurance, and all that fun other stuff. Today will be a good day.
