This is proving to be tougher than I wanted it to be. Staying around the same but up and down and sadly up at the moment! More focus required me thinks.

have been on holiday for a week and have put on again. not recording it, even though I probably should. Will get back to recording food this week and weigh in on Friday.

This is an increase but I think it appropriate to record a weight as I have spent the last few weeks going up and down and up and down but not getting back to the 189.6. I can see that there is a worry that a slippery slop of not doing something could result from this. I did therefore record a few days this week and thought more carefully about not eating after dinner in the evening and this has resulted in a loss from my "unofficial" weigh in through the week, so I have actually gone down 4lbs but as I hadn't recorded the increase it will only show as a gain. It should be possible to drop now provided I stay more focused. (although I am resolved to have chips at lunch today!!)

has taken me this long to keep this weight, keep going up a little and have to work to try to go down again. hopefully if I can keep on track this weekend then I may make the next little drop next week. This may, however, be difficult as we will be in a galaxy far far away at a 40th birthday party in star wars fancy dress....

Whoop, Whoop, 13 1/2 stone and 6 oz. 4st 4lb lost since 4 April 2016, had my birthday last week and feel like a million dollars in comparison to last year.
Have been eating roughly the same as shown on here in the last few months but have not been able to get on FS to record. If the weightloss doesn't continue I will be more focused. For now it is all going well.
It has taken a few months to lose around half a stone and actually I am quite pleased with that as I am hoping that it will mean that the excess skin will not be too extreme by the time I lose the remaining three stone.
I know after three kids and being heavy I may be asking for miracles but I don't want to have folds of skin hanging off me (its bad enough that the boobs do that!).
