So proud of myself for exercising this morning, been following crossfit exercises from the gym that they have been posting & 5km run every other day. Even though I had a few setbacks due to an acute cold, I was resilient & pushed through on days that I was feeling better. Good Vibes🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️
