I am off, I have stuff to do...
I am currently studying Nutritional Science and am about to finish this block in the next 4-5 weeks, covered lots of nice stuff about GI, pancreas, liver and kidneys, and carbs, proteins and fat metabolism and a few other things, and the importance of data quality and peer reviewed studies and publications...Now starting on CVD...have until Sept to finish this section...
Just been wondering today, what a waste of time it has all been, I have been reading all the wrong stuff...I should have been reading that stuff from them, chiropractors.

Hi all, just wanted to say, well, Hi...
Just learning how fatsecret all works, I joined a while back but never really got into how things work or how I might use the system properly to help me out.
I am hoping this time to make more of an effort and get some results.
