Started back with exersizing & watching food intake ...It helps my sadness of losing my Brother...and I also do stretches..I started doing Tart Cherry juice for my joints & muscles & I do feel alot better...Now if this horrible heat would calm down it would be great..lol Todays forecast it will feel like its 104 outside..But thats wayyy better than snow! Have a great day!

Went for my 6 month ck up...I never weigh myself, so I had no idea but figured I was still at 200lbs or so..They weighed me..it said 177lbs..I call BS! lol Thanks for the encouagement but ya'lls scales are way off! She said well you weighted 214 6 months ago the scales are right...I'm not buying it..I think they didnt let the sale finish before writing down 177lbs..lol

Sadly my Brother whos younger than me & lived next door to me was found deceased on Thursday nite...He had no will, his wife has severe mental illness & shes now in a mental hospital...She cant come back to the home they rented from my friends.
Its breaking my heart that hes gone..we were very very close..and now I ahev to find a place to take all his things and hers..its a huge mess and I have days I cant quit crying His name was Chris..heart attack in his sleep..loved God, was saved, e loved Trump too..lol and he refused that vax! I will forever miss him..
