I am 38 yo living in US. I have watched my weight yoyo from 180 to 230 for past 13 yrs or so. I start diets but never finish them. I have 2 boys ages 11 and 21 and 3 step children 10,11,14. Crazy house most of the time.
I have worked full time night shift since 98. I have blamed that on my weight issues for too long. Being tired is not an excuse to eat crap!
