hey hun... On average I gain - wait for it.... 8lbs over the week of my period... and the only thing that really made a difference last month was drinking dandelion tea a few days before and during. Now - I must tell you it tastes like sh*t.... but it works. I also cut out salt and did not give into my carby cravings... which was TOUGH!!!
I would make sure you drink plenty of water .. I used lemon too!! there has to be something in that as the previous poster also reccomended this.... cut out the salt - drink dandelion tea and water - and HIDE THE SCALES xx It will come back off - with possibly a lot more If you follow my advice xx

hi there, cdoes anyone know if it is ok to run/jog in the reebok re-tones? Im thinking of getting some, but ony if they are ok to run/ jog in. xx ta xx

lemon water in the morning anyone?
Unicorn - hair loss? - how much hair loss are we talking here? Has it come back?
On monday I am going to do a 5 day detox - as I am off work.. I was thinking of doing the lemonade, half the amount reccomended, water and fresh - raw fruit and veg... do not have the guts - or willpower to do the whole thing just yet.
