crappy day crappy day crappy day I think my chest is tight because of the bloody volcano ash in the air... this is more than just hayfever - my throat is on bloody fire and my lungs ache. I think I will have a day off the wii today.. the first time in 11 days though so it is not too bad. I did not lose this morning but didnt gain either ho hum.
Thrashing out my dissertation now - not long till Im done thank god.
Got no appitite today - think its cuz I feel so bloody strange... must have some soup methinks

HELP ME!! - I feel like I have hit a brick wall! I have no energy HELP! I think I need to up my calories... I am off the coffee and I am really feeling the strain now. Its not good because I have 3 days... 3 DAYS!!!!!! to finish my dissertation - and at the moment I just want to sleep - but I HAVE To go on the wii fit for at least 30 mins later... but I feel like I might pass out... What can I eat that will give me REAL energy but wont make me undo all my good work so far today? HELP!!

Now - is it me or is this too good to be true?... I am waiting for the scale to start creeping up... I have never lost weight like this before....and I must admit... I ended up eating the whole KFC wrap yesterday.. as I kept it in the fridge - thinking I would have it today... but I re-heated it in the microwave and had it at about 6.50pm - as Im on a challenge to stop eating after 7pm!
Im not hungry... ever... I dont know why this is actually working this time, but has not worked before.... the only difference is I am making a concious effort not to ad sugar or salt to food.
(and not eating after 7pm)... Have I cracked it?
Will this loss rate keep steady?
Could cutting out salt/sugar really be making this much difference... Im also adding cayenne pepper to as much as I can as I heard it speeds up metabolism.
Is this true weight loss?

MEGA WHOOOOOOOOP - another on bites the dust... I hope I can keep this rate up... I had cheese on toast before bed last night - a moment of weakness... but it made bugger-all difference and I still dropped a pound WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooop!!!!!
