So sad. I don’t gain any weight but I didn’t lose anything either. Stationary isn’t good enough for me! I’m going back to my Tae Bo!!

Y’all know I love my eggs lol. Egg whites gave them back to me because the cholesterol is too high in them. 280 Cal breakfast. I cup egg whites, whole grain muffin and 1 tbls strawberry jam. Have a blessed Friday everyone ❤️

Nice 4 mile walk to start my day. My food is super important but this EXERCISE is really what’s gonna get this 60 off!! #HANDINHAND

I have trouble drinking enough water during the day so I blend (until smooth) 2 cucumbers with water and for some reason that does the trick. I’m gulping away lol. Hope this helps someone else. Tried and true, Cucumber Water cucumber 🥒
