Haven't been paying attention to diet these past months... I've tried to be somewhat healthy which has been ok in some respects and the total opposite in others. Recently I've talked to a few people who have had the same skin problems as myself and as usual I've wanted to get back into dieting and being healthy but it was suggested that this time I try something different.

So from here on out (or at least the next few months) I'm going to attempt to join the Keto bandwagon and we'll see if this low/no carb thing helps my problems.

So this last week has been a total fubar with everything that's been going on... yo-yo'd back to 179 and now I'm down to 175 today. Need to start eating healthy again before I fall off the diet, at least I've been active lately.
