I’ve been avoiding the weight update because I got loose with my diet over the winter. I’m super disappointed that I wasn’t able to continue my downward trend.
I don’t want to be too hard on myself though because last year at this time I weighed 260 lbs. For the last few years I did this thing where I’d gain 20 lbs. over the winter. This year it was only 5 lbs.
I’m doing good right now following my own rules and I’m going to keep on doing it. My family is doing it as well so I have tons of support.
I hope everyone is doing well today and keep up the good work guys!

How do I stop these fluctuations? I’m not talking about weight I’m talking about motivation. I need to refocus!
Right now I’ve completely cut out candy.
No fast food at all.
Back to packing lunches.
Wish me luck I need it.
