Either my scale is not working properly or I'm crazy, but this morning my weight was 197.2 Lbs. The last time that I worked out was last week on Thursday, that was the day before I came down with the flu. I was planning on working out last night, but since Sunday, they change the time here in NYC, I haven't adjusted to it yet, so I feel asleep early last night. Today I have to get back on the bike and try to do 30 minutes, I'll see how that goes since I'm still coughing a lot.

I've learned that instead of eating every three hours, I could cut a pear or apple into small pieces, and eat one piece every hour, that way I don't get too hungry for my next meal. In reality, I'm eating one pear or apple a day, but divided into the entire day, in other words, I'm not over eating, I'm just keeping my hunger under control. I have done this for the past two days, and it has worked wonders for me. In the following days, I will try the same technique with other fruits.
