What does net- xxxx Kcal mean?
Like susan said, you seem to be confusing it with kilo joules (kj). 1 kcal=4.2 kj. You only use kcal in nutritional info, but it's just referred to generally as calories.

changing diet plans
No problem
the only thing I can think of is to join some of the groups here that do weight watchers? If you search for groups in "community" and type in weight watchers in the search bar, you get a good few results for groups following WW.

changing diet plans
Hey craftgal, you can change your macro settings if you go to the "my fatsecret" tab on the top again, and then select "my settings" on the right where it says tool box. At the bottom of the page, you can select what values you want it to show. You won't be able to do WW points, as they are proprietary, so fatsecret can't use them.hope that helps

changing diet plans
Hmm.. I just double checked, and they actually changed it a bit. So actually, if you go to the "my fatsecret" tab on top, on the right you will find "tool box " and there is "my diet". You get then a menu where on the bottom it says "change my diet". It lets you browse for a diet. That way is easier, I think!
