So, as weird as it seems I don't have a weigh in day. I just randomly step on the scale every few days and log it in. I feel like it is too much pressure to have an official day every week that I weigh myself. Sometimes I'll do it every other day and sometimes I'll go a week or two without weighing. I feel like this keeps me more on my toes. Does anyone else do this?

So when I joined FS and calculated my RDI it said 1800 calories. I thought that was way too high and I changed it to 1300. I have come to realize that 1300 is too low, but I still feel like 1800 is excessive. According to my UP, my average calorie burn for a day is between 1700-1800 (without exercise). So I changed it to 1500. Trying to stick with the slow weight loss to keep it off, and I feel like this might be the right amount.

On another note, I am coming down sick. It feels like an elephant is sitting on my chest and almost feels like I am having a heart attack. I know it is a chest cold coming on (plus the gunk in my lungs getting expelled from quitting smoking) because I was at the Dr's today. Still, it is horrible timing because that means no gym for me this week or next. I can barely walk from my car to work without taking a breather, and next week my parents are coming to visit from N.C. so between work and visiting with them working out will be next to impossible. I will just have to try and make up for it by eating better. It shouldn't be too difficult because I really don't feel like eating at all, just want to drink tea and honey...maybe a hot toddy.
