Last night was in the ER, having an episode of gout, unable to bear weight on my right foot. Pain was excruciating. They put me on pain meds and predinisone. Prednisone is going to mess with my BG levels and I'm going to be taking insulin for the next 5 days. I hope it doesn't interfere with weight loss.

Today is only 4th time since my surgery on 4/20/10 that I've need diabetes medication (insulin). Pulled muscles in upper left chest during workout on thursday
