Took a certification program at work. Last minute decision with the opportunity to start now (January). My last exam was last week. Not sure why I decided to not worry about my food intake during this time. Anyhow, I've gained 5 lbs. I don't feel I ate super bad, but ate what available plus too much snacking. I know I cannot do this and get away with it. Thankfully I did continue to exercise daily. My goal for this week is to start with tracking my food intake.

Somehow I survived Christmas without gaining. But it got me in some bad habits which continued the last two weeks & resulted with a gain. I'm not sure why I keep doing this. You would think I would learn. Time to turn this around starting today.

Surprised I kind of survived last week. Let's see how I do for the next 2 weeks. It will be tough. Finding my willpower is disappearing. Happy Holidays.
