So now I know my cheap scale was lying to me. I'm kind of frustrated about it, but I'm glad I still don't have too long to go. I hope to achieve my goal by summer!

Sadly, this use to be me. I use to think I could eat whatever I wanted whenever I wanted, just as long as I
worked it off
. Sadly, it took years for me to realize I can't eat all junk and expect clean mean results. When I changed the way I ate to eating clean, then my body started to clean. I'm glad I finally realized! I hope you all are having a great day and not caving into eating junk majority of the time! You and your body deserves better!

I'm so glad I not only got to do my morning workout, but also my evening workout even though I was so close not doing it.

So, right now because of TOM I am having headaches with forehead spasms. I know it's because of it, along with stress. I'm going to try to take it easy and relieve the stress. I'll make sure to watch what I eat since I haven't been working out as hard.

So today I hope to get up and do
Dance with Julianne Cardio Ballroom
and some stretching. It's pretty difficult to do the workout on carpet, but it's just more motivation for me. I'm feeling pretty sore, so I'm going to try to take it easy. I'm going to try and make sure I keep good portion sizes and try not to stress as much as I usually do. I hope everyone else is having a wonderful day.
