Dlackie2788 I saw on a comment that today is your day one I just want to congratulate you on making the first step to many bright beginnings each and every day. Please know that I am in your corner facing those bumps in the journey with you. When you have those days that you have trouble having faith in yourself I trust that I and this community at FS will be there to pick you back up and fortify your spirit and resolve. And to all those that are on day 1 or 201 I and many of us here I'm sure have been there failed and had to begin again. I know I did, I lost 100lbs and I let my self down and I too had to have another day one, so whatever you do don't give up health is our greatest gift.

I just wanted to say that if anybody stepped on the scale recently and didn't see the result they wanted. I am here rooting for you and those that did I wish you continued success I don't know everybody's ghouls from might be wanting to gain and some might be wanting to lose so in everything I support you have a great day afternoon or evening or all of the above
