I've been following the Metabolism Miracle for almost a week. I've lost two inches in my stomach area and just under 4 pounds. I actually feel pretty good and don't have any cravings (except the day a co-worker brought in fresh baked cinnamon rolls, darn those things smelled divine). I attribute the loss in my belly so quickly to wheat allergy/intolerance. I haven't eaten any bread or much of any carbs since I started. Although fruit is also off the table for now (that's really even harder than bread). My goal now is to get out of the pre-diabetic stage and stave off diabetes altogether, instead of worry about losing x amount of pounds by a certain date. That never works for me!

Haven't been following the plan. I did gain more weight and land only .1 lower than I last weighed. I started the Metabolism Miracle diet today. Hopefully that will help me stay on track.
