I'm a 30 year old, married woman with a weight problem. I really didn't start to have a issue with my weight until I was in my 2nd year of college. It's almost like all of the years that I was eating what I wanted all caught up with me at one time. I went from 136lbs to over 200lbs in a little more than a year. I'm sure it was from stress, not eating the right types of foods and the lack of exercising. I have really done well with my eating habits but for some reason, I can't get motivated to exercise. I am hoping that by begining this "total lifestyle change" I'll see the results that I want. Wish me luck.....
