I have struggled with food addiction, weight, and health issues the majority of my life. I am extremely goal oriented and stubborn, therefore I have made great strides in transforming into the person I wanted to be. My highest weight was about 325 lbs back in 2014 just before I elected to have the Lap-Band. I kept that for about 4 years and lost down to 188 lbs before having it removed in 2018. I was in a car accident that caused a slip. The band had nearly destroyed my insides with erosion anyway. I had extensive plastic surgery for skin removal which was the best money I ever spent. I then elected to have the gastric sleeve (which is what I should have done from the start) and have begun to lose the weight I gained after having no lap-band and incapacitated from multiple surgeries. My goal is 200 lbs for now which may sound heavy for some, but I thought it was my best look. I like being healthy and curvy. On the professional side, I just graduated as an MSN-FNP and am studying for my certification exam while furloughed from my nursing job after 10 years being with them. I've learned so much through my journey and conquered many things. I would love to help others with their journey.

800 calories
I do not know your weight or height, but for most people 800 cal. per day is not sufficient to give your body proper fuel. Yes the body will hold onto the weight if it does not get what it needs on a daily basis. There are no quick fixes that last. If you want to be healthy and maintain that weight lose, it requires a lifestyle change, not a short burst of suffering.
