mestinya dah paham kalu rulesnya 1500an kal 200gr karbo ;
max 3x100gr nasi putih , lauk sayur bebas ,
max kue basah 2 buah ,
max minum manis 300ml . buah bebas
niatnya buat tau patokan kali lg malas input makan , tapi emang kalau ga dicatat di FS pas bablaaass . tingkyu FS , SAngat membantu banget nget nget supaya disiplin 👍👍👍👍

ini pake timbangan biasa , ga sama ama biasanya. wkwk
perut bawah susut 3cm(paling susah susutnya padahal) , kemeja jaman abg masuknya udah "blung" ga pake acara kancing sesek. padahal seminggu lebih libur workout . makan berantakan tp msh jaga porsi. rahasianya adalah . . ???
