I used to be extremely active and never really had to worry about my weight because I burned off all of my calories, so I ate pretty much what I wanted and didn't worry about it. Recently with my job getting busier and my kids getting a bit older and having more activities plus going through a divorce, I don't have as much time to work out as I used to. Even though I love healthy food, fast food and alcohol are weaknesses for me. I have come to realize that I cannot do fast food in moderation, so I need to stop eating it altogether, I believe it is truly addictive. This will be a challenge because, although I don't let my kids eat it all the time, I do want to let them have it occasionally. I simply want to be healthy and have more energy. I am going to start with eating, hopefully exercise will follow...
