Still trying to get things together . We will get there in the end . Eat less exercise more . Slowly does this , still away to go.

Day 7 -- 365
Yes I know I am still trying . But not eating good food last week and this week . Having a new kitchen fitted .
And yes I also know I started up tge group and I should be doing better . Got to get my bum off the settee and get moving
My boby is slowly starting to fight back . Awaiting a visit to the hospital for my back And once things are sorted I will be introducing a exercise session .

Day 6 of my diet journey . I am under no delusion of how hard this is going to be . My problem is I never fully commit 100% . But this time I am going to try . I have some just lovely clothes, that just sit there in the wardrobe and idiot me I can't seem to put them on . The reason is so bloody obvious, I have put on too much weight and they are all one size too small . So Com'on Sue , get your ass in to forward gear. And finally make a difference to my life going forward .
