weird things you see people do at the gym
I somehow, always get near the person, either on the elliptical or the treadmill that has the worst gas. I don't know why I always get that person, but either lay off the protein shake/diet, or try to be more courteous. It's gross when I can taste it. Sad

feeling a little insecure in fitness classes
Keep it up girl. Believe me, nobody is looking at you and thinking anything negative. I do all types of physical activities. With that being said, I was at spinning class this past weekend and saw a large woman in class. I thought to myself, "wow, keep it up lady, that's awesome". I think most people who are in classes, at the gym, etcetera, feel this way. So, don't worry about the others, do it for YOU, and you alone. And just remember how good it feels to get on the scale and see some weight loss.

Go get 'em!!!!

which one?
I agree with the above. It's all about what you like to do and which one you may do longer. You will benefit from both definitely. But switching it up may be more beneficial for you also. Try them both, try other cardio too. Keeping it interesting will make weight loss easier.
