I have back problems ( with 2 surgeries in the past) that has left me crooked so I can't walk without a cane or walker. I get around very well with a walker and I have 1 in the house and 1 outside in my yard. I love to do yard work but I really have too much. Over an acre landscaped with 20,000 grass with a lot of bushes, trees, etc. I have a stationary bike I ride every day. I have a treadmill that I use a couple of days but I have to hold myself up while walking. We are just coming out of winter so I'm outside as much as possible. I have just started the KETO diet and I like it so far.
