Right now, I cannot afford to have any cheat days. My lipids were off the charts when I had them checked last week. I’ve been doing good, haven’t cheated. When I have felt like it, I look at the results of my labs. It seriously keeps me on track. That and prayer. I hope everyone has a good day! I will weigh in tomorrow.

I started a new life style change 4 days ago. I’m doing ok and I’m learning new things everyday. I have a long way to go.
