increased exercise created increased appetite and cortisol?...gave into late nite carbs due to time restraints...gained 5 lbs in spite of "calories burned" swelling bloated cortisol? due to intense exercise restart?...too much too fast? plateau? finally giving way...along with weather and my own wind coming back slowly....still carrying an extra bag of potatoes while running...impact etc..implementing moderate weight training again...noticing muscle increase much faster than previous high intensity? working immediatley this time...off the cheezits and late nite convenience foods..potatoe chips with sandwiches only...peanuts/protein yogurt vs ice cream nite time snacks...better glycemic awareness...honey maple syrup vs sugar etc and eating earlier despite time restraints...not "fasting" yet some intermittent leading to late nite diseasters!!! developing new recipes habbits...time consuming but hopeful pay off...feeling better despite not much weight loss...maybe finally in the groove...one day at a time!!
