Gosh...What a good week it has been for me. I made a mistake at my first weight in and calculated it wrong. It should be 221 Ib. Still 6Ib weight loss....Even my dad noticed that I had lost weight in my face and they usually notice nothing.... How I am doing it is thinking of how I really want to look, and that I have now come this far so there is no point of stopping. I am also doing some 5 K sprint runs. My last was in 21 mins. I think what has done it for me is very small portion sizes, eating the essentials. Just breaking over the 1200 Kcal mark and this is coupled with exercising. I hope everyone else is doing well. You can do it as I have the worst motivation ever!

Quite enjoying this. Diet is going well. Treating my self with small little treats on Friday and Saturdays and dieting hard on the other 5 days. Also doing exercise every other day. I am in no way fat, but I just really want to take my body fat right down. I also hope that the outcome of doing this will give me a clear mind and body.
