Could somebody help me out? I feel like I eat in moderation, yet lately I've been gaining.
I didn't record for a few weeks and that's when I gained, I'm so disappointed. I go to the gym 3 times a week on average, more if I get the opportunity. I felt really good with my body this time last year, and I'm so upset that I don't now!
I just finished a half marathon last month and I'm getting ready to do another next month. I feel like I work hard for nothing sometimes :/
