Happy Friday all!!!

Well I am down a pound today which I am very happy about. I haven't gone crazy, but I haven't been watching everything that goes in my mouth very good either. I have just been trying to make small changes and for now that is working. Yesterday I was more diligent about journeling everything, and will be good today until we go camping this weekend and then I will just watch what I am doing and not go nuts. I have found a balance (for now at least) where I am still living my life and just balancing everything out so I don't feel deprived. Camping is always a challenge, but last weekend did not go too bad so I think this weekend will be ok too.

My basement is slowly drying, and by Monday I should be doing my daycare downstairs again, which will be nice. Hope everyone has a great weekend!!

Good Morning everyone! It's time for the rain to stop here!! It has been raining for 3 days, we've gotten about 3 inches, and I have water in my basement. It wouldn't be so bad, but I run a daycare out of my house (from the basement) and that is the room that is wet. It throws my whole week out of sinc having to take care of the kids upstairs, because I have the room downstairs kid proofed entirely and save for them. My kids are all older, so the upstairs is not exactly kid proof for the little kids. But I will get through this.

I am not gonna lie, I have been in a tailspin ever since the WW points was taken off of here. I understand why and will deal with it, but it was something that was working so good for me, and now I feel kinda lost, and just have to figure out which way I want to go, and I am having a time figuring that out. I have maintained my 11 pound loss for the last week and a half, but I need to get back on track so I can get the scale moving again.


Stress is not gonna get to me, and I am gonna figure out which direction to go right now so the scale can get movin on down again!
