Greetings I am a grandmother of 6 I work daily, my diet consist of no red meat only fish, chicken, turkey. I was a vegetarian for years but felt that my protein level was low, teeth loosening and hair brittle not as strong. Since adding the chicken these problems have been rectified. Right now I am on a low carb program eat between 50-75 carbs daily no white flour or white sugar. I will slowly decrease those numbers as time goes by if it feels right for me. I want to start a 30 min a day exercise program that is coming soon, I just bought a treadmill. I hope that all of these programs that I began will help in my plight to loose my midsection. Lol and most of all stay healthy.....Peace
