I've discovered that planning out my meals for the day ahead of time allows me to stay on track easier than randomly walking into the pantry when my stomach is hungey, MISTAKE. This way I know what I'm having and when I'm having it.

Making out my grocery list and I'm finding that I only wrote down things that are good for me this time! That seems to be in itself an accomplishment for me because I can't remember the last time that something extremely sweet or salty didn't make the cut.

I feel like I hit a good point yesterday. Snacking has become easier to avoid, I'm staying at close to 1000 calories and i'm pushing myself. I've been drinking so mauch water that I feel like I could pop but its a good thing. Tomorrow and wednesday I'm scheduled to work 2 to 10, so its going to be two long days of standing walking and cleaning without snacking and thats mainly the time I want to snack so i'm excited. I'll definately be working off more than I am taking in this week.
