I am 35 and never really had to worry about my weight, even still I have issues just as everyone else. It is a lonely place because noone thinks I should complain. I admit that it could be a lot worse but want to lose 10 lbs and maintain it and just be HEALTHY. I am getting married on the beach in June to the man of my dreams and want to be toned and healthy at that time. I have 4 kids and soon will be adding 2 step kids, my reason for this site is tips on staying healthy and doing it with my WHOLE family, especially the kids considering the issues this society has with child obesity. So interested in tips, exercise for all of us, and recipes that I could fool them (kids) into not thinking it is "good for you".
