my name is liz and i'm 29 with three kids 8,7,6, so yeah i'm pretty busy. I work full time and recently took a break from school i plan on returning to school by spring. i never been one for "dieting" my main goal is to just work out create better eating habits and just get fit and feel good about my self. I'm not concerned with my weight as much as losing the inches from my waste line. My goal is to gain muscle tone and muscle weighs more than fat!
